Abstract

The assessment of physical activity AF in the school and family system is relevant. Participation in organized and structurally unorganized activity programs are widely recognized for health and quality of life.

Unfortunately, adolescents currently have insufficient and limited FA, which is reflected in a sedentary lifestyle and high levels of childhood obesity. These patterns in many countries of the world are increasing rapidly. One of the current reasons could be advances in modern technology, where children and adolescents invest more time in the use of technologies.
